Friday Night Lights: “PINK OUT” Student Section in the Spotlight

Our school colors for today: Blue, Gold and Pink! Seniors Maeve Curry and Katy Zimmer

On October 6th, the Community Memorial Stadium was flooded in pink to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The game started with pouring rain but that didn’t discourage students to cheer on the Mt. Pleasant Football team for their game against the Traverse City West Titans.

The Oilers won big with a final score of 42 – 22.
