William Phelps is a sophomore and a first-year staffer on the Pipeline. He was put in Publications because he had completed everything he already needed. He is trying to write a story on what type of music students listen to. When William isn’t writing a story, you can find him thinking of who to interview and how to interview and failing miserably by forgetting to do those interviews.
